Location, room, stuff, all very good, but...

The accommodation is infested with bed bugs and mites. I had to visit a doctor, and I was recovering for several days.

La salle de bain pas très propre, une cuisine mais pas d’ustensiles, au moins des couverts et des assiettes

Je ne peux malheureusement pas donner d’avis sur les locaux car je n’ai pas pu y dormir. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails vie leur site et messages via Booking pour demander comment se passer une arrivée dans la nuit et je n’ai JAMAIS eu de réponse. Le taxi m’a emmené et tout était fermé, je dû retourner dormir à l’aéroport alors que ma réservation était faite et confirmée. Je ne trouve pas ça normal de n’avoir reçu AUCUNES réponses de leur part malgré mes relances. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.

Facility and condition of room was good, did not eat there but by the look of things is good.

No wifi passport was readily made available especially those checking in late. Also, taxi service should have been arranged for guest checking out early morning for airport checkin. .

There was no food period it was a difficult location I walk with a stick

I booked this homestay because their was supposed to be shuttle for airport ,in the morning there was no one anywhere and no shuttle I'm lucky I got my plane . ,

Das ist kein Hotel, sondern eher eine Privatzimmer-Vermietung. Die Familie des Besitzers lebt ebenfalls vor Ort. Als ich ankam, stand ich fast 10 Minuten vor einem geschlossenen Tor(Nachts ca 22:00). Es gab keine Klingel, ich musste den Besitzer anrufen. Trotzdem dauerte es sehr lange, bis ich hineinkam. Es machte den Eindruck, als hätte niemand gewusst, dass ich einchecken würde. Der Besitzer war nicht vor Ort und niemand sprach Englisch (Die Menschen die Vorort waren alle aus Indien). Ich bekam erst nach etwa 20 Minuten Wartezeit ein Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber man wollte mir keine Fernbedienung dafür geben. Anschließend wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, in dem bereits jemand tief und fest schlief – ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage. Die Bilder auf der Webseite entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Zimmern. Als ich nach dem WLAN-Passwort fragte, konnte mir niemand helfen. Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht akzeptabel: kein WLAN, keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und keine Betreuung (der Besitzer war nicht vor Ort). Ich konnte dort nicht schlafen und bin in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich musste kurzfristig ein teures Hotel buchen und möchte mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Der Besitzer von Westfield Homestay ist meiner Meinung nach ein Betrug. Reisende sollten so etwas nach einer sehr langen Reise nicht erleben müssen.

Treatment from the owner was rude, difficult to communicate with then except for one Fijian lady who was very friendly and helpful

Nothing much to like except I got told the rooms were fully booked and I was kept outside the gate for a good 30 minutes.

Rude lady on the phone kept hanging up as I tried to explain the confirmation I received on email for a room I booked hours before I left Vanuatu. Had to look for other available accommodations in Nadi late at night for a stay because the booking I made was useless eventually. This costed me a lot with the taxi, and did not get enough rest for my early flight the next day.
