Westfield Homestay Fiji

I made a booking to stay at their accommodation on the 2nd of November via booking.com. On there it states they have availability, however when I called the place to let them know I was on my way, they told me that they are fully booked and can not take me in and while I was trying to explain that I made a booking and paid, the lady that answered the call hung up on me

The owner was very nice and helpful. She allowed me to check-in very early in the morning and also allowed me to check-out very late in the evening as my flight was quite late in the night. I forgot my mobile phone at the apartment, and the owener kept it very safe for me until I was able to pick it up.

The kitchen facility was sparingly functional but was yet available for our use though.

The bathroom floor was continuously flooded with water. We couldn’t cook our meals because there was no gas bottle for the stove. We were told we had to walk 25metres down the steep driveway to smoke. That’s impossible for me because I have a disability.

No toilet paper and soap available in the toilet.
