The room is big and well maintained and decorated.. we super love the space and the availability of hot & cold shower..bed is very comfy..staff are accommodating and professional..they provide great service!

"Wonderful Hotel, Helpful Staff, Good Location"

The staff were amazing! I was stuck there during political unrest and curfews. Each of the staff there made sure all the guests were well cared for...with food, answering questions, letting us extend our stay, etc. The room size was large, and the shower was hot with good water pressure for Nepal. Also, the rooftop restaurant, pool, and sitting area was really nice with a great view. The breakfast had a huge selection. Also, the hotel is in a good location in Thamel.

The bed was not as soft as I prefer; however, if you like more firm beds, it will be perfect for you! Also, the doors in the hallways slammed pretty loudly.
