Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kathmandu Thamel

Stayed here for one night. Great value for the price. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very central location. Only thing missing was room slippers-they should provide them.

I had an amazing experience at Ramada Hotel Thamel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Every detail was taken care of to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxation after a busy day in the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped gym and the beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The gym had everything I needed for a solid workout, and the pool offered a refreshing escape with lovely views of the city—an ideal way to unwind. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, close to shops, cafes, and local attractions, yet still calm and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The rooftop restaurant was another favorite—great food and a serene setting. Overall, Ramada Hotel Thamel truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, I highly recommend it. A big thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service. Hotel view is beautiful. Staff is polite. The hotel has gym, Swimmimg pool facility. I have also used the spa which was amazing in reasonable rate. I was having hipper pigmentations issue which was cleaned just after one session. Food is amazing Just go for this without a second thought

This is a great hotel. I've stayed here several times and it's my favourite. The best thing is the location. Most hotels in thamel are surrounded by noisy bars but this hotel is very quiet and still close to everything.

This Hotel is in Thamel Market, good for shopping lovers. Rooms with Balcony is not useful, you can take rooms without Balcony at cheaper price. I also suggest Swimming Pool to be opened little longer i.e., beyond 7:00 PM, as after sightseeing we usually need to use it late. Rest everything was good, cleanliness, room size, services, breakfast, staff, everything is best.

Good stay. All good service and hotel close to all amenities. Breakfast us vast and good too. Pool area is a nice place to be too with Kathmandu view. I recommend. Shops are nearby and also restaurants. Everything is all good and we were happy.

The service was truly excellent—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. A special shout-out to the bartender Mr. Rudra, who made some of the best drinks I've ever had. Great atmosphere, great people—I’ll definitely be coming back!
