Location and cleanliness

There room doors have no soft close mechanism. It bangs every time you enter or exit the room creating such a loud noise that you will be jolted out of your sleep. It’s impossible to sleep in the night if you are a light sleeper as people are coming and going the whole night. I didn’t sleep for all the nights of my stay there

The prime location of the hotel and all the professional services provided by them were really nice. I stayed for a week and only good things to share about, their breakfast and the rooftop pool with dining facility. Thanks to our organizer and the accommodation provider.

Very comfortable hotel

Hotel is amazing and the staff was friendly to ensure we had good time to celebrate. Breakfast was simply delicious with multiple choice. From the waiter to the reception, everything went smoothly. The Omelette Chef (woman) recognized us right away. Thank you to Barman, Aashish, Nunraja, and Bhuan. Without a doubt, I would bring my family.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Ashish really was fantastic and helpful with all our needs. The rooftop bar staff were super too and the views are super. The food across the restaurants in the hotel have a good spread. The prawns in the bar and breakfast were the highlights. Recommend this place and I will surely be coming back.

The food menu ,food is too costly and not worth the money

Location being in the main area of Thamel. Big, nice and clean rooms. A nice size roof top restaurant with a small swimming pool. Good range of breakfast. Restaurant area is nice. Spa is available. An adequate small gym, liked it. Immediately available hot water. A hair dressers shop is located near the entrance, super service.⁹

Only a small hitch, there was no slippers. They provided after I said it. Nothing to fault.

Dirty and old place, specially the bathroom is super dirty, the bathroom smells awful. The prices is more than the services. We decide to stay there two nights, but after just one night we moved to five star hotel. The location is excellent, but I couldn't stand the old smelly room
