"Glad we decided to try again."

We had stopped staying at this location because of a lady at the front desk. She was combative and didn't want to follow Marriott guidelines for elite members. However, we had read that things had improved so we decided to give it another try. We were glad we did. We were met with a smile and a very helpful person. I wish I could remember her name, but she is definitely someone that makes your stay worthwile. Our room was nice, roomy, and clean. We don't use housekeeping a lot of the time because of short stays, but were always able to get new towels or paper goods when we need them. The onsite restaurant did a good job with our orders. We will definitely stay again. However, we did hear that the person that created such an issue was still there so we were glad we didn't encounter her.
