Lo único que no me gustó es que las de la limpieza me despertaron temprano 😕

I wish housekeeping would’ve done a better job of keeping certain amenities stocked. The Body wash and tissues were too low for example

The check in was easy. The room size is wonderful

The bathroom toilet seat hadn't been cleaned in some time. I didn't have any cleaning products so I sprayed lysol on the seat and wiped it off and I almost threw up. The tissue was brown. Not only that but it was gound in dirt. As I was wiping you could feel the seat becoming smooth rather than feeling like it had texture. If that makes sense. Not only that the ass dirt was starting to roll into little dirt balls as I wiped. Absolutely disgusting. The bathroom floor was dirty. I wet a towel and wiped the floor. Brown. The pillows need changing. They were so flat. The drinking glasses in the room hadnt been charged. You could still see the lip print on 1 glass. The walls are super thin. I could hear the people next door and across the hall. They charge 10.00 to park. Otherwise you have to park on the street. I never saw any security even tho they said they have on site security. Probably won't be staying here again.

Llegué el viernes y me fui el martes supuestamente te dan servicio de housekeeping a los 3 días de estancia algo absurdo pero aun asi reserve. No recibi pero ni una toalla mucho menos una limpieza despecionante regrese el lunes por la noche à la habitación esperando encontrarla limpia pero no. eran 10 de la noche y había una housekeeping en el pasillo llame a front desk para pedir toallas me respondieron “si quieres toallas tienes que bajar a buscarla “ porque no tenían a nadie en el hotel segun. En mi vida regreso a este hotel !! Una limpieza pobre y Cama mal hecha, parece que entran solo a tirar las cosas .

The property is lovely, very clean and well maintained. It is within walking distance to the RTD but nothing else, so it is car dependent. Parking in their garage will cost you $10 a day, or there is street parking. The staff are wonderful, special shout out to John and PJ at the front desk! They both were very friendly greeting me every time I entered the lobby. Answered any and all questions and were just exceptional in their position.

The exceptional breakfast that is listed is Starbucks, not complementary. The restaurant on site doesn’t serve lunch nor a complete menu for dinner, it’s a bistro. So again car dependent for a decent meal.
