"Centrale plek om dingen te gaan doen en je waant je in koloniale tijden."

Super centraal gelegen met veel groen om het hotel heen. Ook heel Engels en super aardig personeel. Zou hier zeker terugkomen. Ook nog even met de staf gepooled.

Das Hotel und vor Allem das Frühstuck sind überragend, einmal Wie in Downtown Abbey fühlen

Vorsicht wenn es um die Buchung von Ausflügen direkt über dem Super Office geht. Er vermittlelt an seine Freunde, was prinzipiell okay ist. Diese nehmen aber unverschämte Preise - wir sollten für einen 4h Ausflug durch Nuwara 180Usd zahlen (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) wobei Eintrittspreise noch extra dazu kamen. Auch war die Fahrt vom Hotel zum Bahnhof 3x so teuer Wie beispielsweise Uber. Leben und Leben Lassen aber das ist völlige Abzocke...

Een oase van luxe en grandeur. Enigszins over de top, maar als je dat wel kunt waarderen dan heb je hier een geweldig verblijf. Vooral het verwarmde zwembad geeft duizend pluspunten!

The Westbury is a beautiful and very well-maintained property with a wonderful heated pool. The design and décor feel truly royal, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is served à la carte and was enjoyable. What really stood out, however, was the exceptionally friendly staff – their service was exemplary, and you can see they are very well trained in serving. .Overall, a delightful stay in an elegant setting – highly recommended.

One small point for improvement: the uniforms could be a little cleaner to match the otherwise high standard of the hotel

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious.
