Florence Sayulita

La ubicación es excelente, porque está muy cerca de playa los muertos. Está de subida, pero la pendiente no es nada complicado, es una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones están perfectas, el personal super atento. La terraza, aunque no tiene vista al mar, tiene una vista espectacular.

El único "pero" es que la piscina no es caliente. Hubiera sido perfecto para poder aprovechar un poco más la piscina, pero como casi no le da el sol, estaba fría.

Good location just a healthy little bit of excercise to beach. A bit away from the noise and nightlife of Sayulita but a close safe walk to join in when you want! Inner courtyard with pool felt very safe and tranquil. The top deck was an added bonus with lounge chairs / tables and bbq area.

Really nothing. We felt like it was perfect. The only thing to note is the rooms ( not the suites) do have a bar fridge and sink and a few plates and cutlery but so NOT have any cooking facilities. It was overlook on my part but an added toaster oven or hot plate would be amazing… It was definately not mid represented on the property - just my oversight and assumption.

The site manager Tony was a 10/10 host. He was always available to help and answered all our questions promptly. The property is stunning, the pool is always clean and tidy. We went during January so the sun never reached the pool area but it was great for a quick cool off. The real win was the upstairs rooftop with is perfect for sunbathing and city wide views. Our room was just as described, didn't have as many kitchen amenities as we had hoped but Tony was a gem and brought us extra pots and pans with utensils so we could cook during our stay. Our bed was a standard queen in Mexico, so closer to a double in Canada, firm but comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Thanks again for having us, we will definitely be coming back.

Pool area in January - no sunshine but that's inevitable. Room kitchen lacked a stove but you can cook outside on the rooftop. The location was wonderfully quiet but a little ways out of the main center. The walk was nice after a big meal but after 7 days we would have liked to be closer or have a golf cart for the off days our legs were beat.

Antonio (the person in the hotel) was very polite and gave a lot of good advices for visiting and eating. I asked them if they can clean my room on day before and they helped me with no problem

They don’t clean daily (our shits we’re dirty I don’t know if they were like that or they only leave them like that) They didn’t give me soap and sponge for the dishes I have to asked it I left a volley ball and someone took it SO MIND YOUR STUFF The pool is very small and it never has sun The lights went off for a couple of hours and no one answer me after 2 hours after and no one knew what was happening. When u are traveling and u are alone in the hotel, I hope someone can give a call with an explanation Lots of stairs, no place for people with different capacities (maybe only was a bad arquitect)

Property Manager Tony does his job well! He’s very helpful and told us local places which we really enjoyed. I like our room’s small kitchen and living room. Tony helped to make the sofa into a bed. As a person who hates to buy bottles of water and create wastes, I’m so happy to see the water dispenser in the room. And they have recycle and waste bins. 💗 Lastly, all of the rooms at Florence are quiet room as its spot is awesome-close enough to the Main Street but without noise. The rooftop view is amazing.

The pool, even though it wasn’t heated. I liked the aesthetics of the pool area. We also liked the common area on the top floor.

The bed was very small. The couch was uncomfortable.

The management was Exceptional. Exceeded our hopes. I knew the location before we booked so it isn't a big deal. But it is a little hilly getting there. But not a long walk.

Great location. Away from the busyness of town and a short walks to quiet beaches

The rooms need to be better equipped- they need sharp knives, more hooks the hang clothes, bigger coffee pot
