Florence Sayulita

Great location up the hill, outside of the noise, the crowd and the music from restaurants but walking distance from everything. The condo and residence were both really nice and comfy with everything we needed. The swimming pool was also nice. Tony the property manager was were reactive and ready to help. We walked 10 min and headed to the center of Sayulita which was great. Easy to park if you have a car but there is no parking. It’s up hill so you need to be able to walk properly. I recommend this apartment.

The pressure in the shower was a bit weak and there was no sheets for the sofa bed. WiFi isn’t working too well also.

Tony the on site manager makes this place what it is, extremely helpful and on call 24/7. The staff and service were outstanding. Place is spotless and pool is amazing.

The smaller rooms don't have tvs.

Pool was great, we had a 3 bed apartment that was perfect for us. The staff were really nice. Tony the on site manager, really makes this place! He went above and beyond and everyone was really impressed with him. Outstanding property manager.

Our car got stolen but was nobody's fault at the place. It was the car Company called Mex Rental. They have been known to rent cars to tourists and then steal them back. Tony helped us deal with the police etc.

The property itself is great, but trying to get a hold of someone for check-in and most of their services was nearly impossible until we sent 20+ messages. Be prepared it is quite a walk from town and uphill many stairs and no one there to help you carry bags up them when we arrived. We paid extra fees for a seventh person with the understanding that there was an extra bed or couch bed, the couch that is in the living room is not a sleepable couch maybe for a small child. there was no extra bedding, pillows, towels, and the contact was impossible to get a hold of the day of check-in. They didn't bring us sheets, pillows, and towels till maybe 10 PM after we were already ready for bed. We will not be staying there again.

Nice quite location away from the noise of town. Bit of a hill to climb but really wasn't and issue. Tony the property manager was great. He even arrange for transportation back to PV when I was leaving.

The location was perfect, nestled just perfectly above and away from all of the chaos of Sayulita. The room was cute.

The bed and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable! It would have been nice to have a few pillow options, that would have made sleeping much more comfortable. The "beach" towels were uncomfortable!

It was is a quite location. Easy to get to if you have a gold cart Tony. He was awesome

Proper bedding would be nice. Our sheets were stained and the mattress was horrible. An actual duvet that fit the kings size bed. There was an ant problem in ant problem in our kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use would be great.

Quiet at night, comfortable bed,well maintained and clean pool area. The on-site property manager Tony is a gem.

Since we were there for over two weeks a few more amenities would have been appreciated for example, a toaster. Also, a small table outside our unit between the chairs would be good, since we had to sit outside in order to get WIFI.
