"It was a pleasure to stay there Nothing was too much trouble"

Atmosphere,friendly staff especially the dining staff helping wherever possible. Carrying things to table I have poor mobility and walk with a walker making it difficult to carry drinks etc

A central location but not quite in the busiest section which meant it was quiet. The staff were amazing from beginning to end and even upgraded us to the next tier room, which was amazing as it was my birthday weekend! We ate at the 360 sky bar & in the restaurant and the food was impeccable both times. This has become my favourite hotel chain and it will be where I will look to book first in the future ❤️

"Tolle Lage, stylisches Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal."

Ein stylisches Hotel, in einer guten Lage, fußläufig nicht weit zu den Docks oder ins Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr nett und der Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus mit Hotelrabatt sehr günstig. Das Zimmer mit Flussblick war sehr geräumig.

Im stylischen und modern eingerichteten Zimmer fehlen leider praktische Ablageflächen, besonders im Bad wären offene Fächer optimaler als Schubladen. Für Handtücher gab es im Bad auch keine Haken, was dazu leider einlädt, sie täglich wechseln zu lassen.

Great hotel in a perfect location for us. The staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Room was really clean and tidy and had great facilities including a mini bar and fridge.

Two things - the air con needed a service and wouldn't work in the bedroom, not a big deal as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The bluetooth speaker looked really cool but we couldn't get it to connect to either of our phones (iphone and samsung) - the hotel did offer to send someone up but we were getting ready for a night out and only had about forty five minutes so no point.
