"Exceptional"

Staff went over and above to help me and my partner. Receptionist that evening and 2 young men (l think they were from the bar downstairs) were absolute stars helping my partner to our room. All the staff we dealt with were spot on. Couldn't fault them.

The staff, location Security of going into hotel bedrooms Lovely drinks in fridge....biscuits?

Toilet kept backing up with sewage Small light hanging out Uncomfortable beds and pillows Sticky bedside table No privacy in the shower and outside really didn't realise that. Light couldn't go off in toilet at night so room was lit up like an Xmas tree. The shower no force and we could only get luke warm water, really disappointing. Also I think a non slip mat should be provided as its very slippy.

"Lovely hotel - a super break"

Lovely hotel, in a great location. Really enjoyed the sky view bar and the restaurant in the lobby. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.
