It was clean, accessible, one of the best accommodations we’ve had. Breakfast was amazing. Close to beach and amenities. The owner was helpful and very knowledgeable about local places to go and to eat. Would definitely recommend the property

"Lovely place to stay"

The room was spotless and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and chatty. Off street parking was a big bonus and the place is easy to find. Short walk along the front into the center to all the attractions and restaurants.

There was no chocolate spread so I had to be healthy 😅

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable excellent decor Very comfortable bed Tea and coffee available in the room And the breakfast was delicious and loads of options Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Clacton

Loved everything about our stay, the bedroom and house was spotlessly clean,the bed was really comfortable and the room had everything we needed the fan being a bonus,our host was really polite and friendly and the breakfast was great,would definitely stay again.

Very friendly couple running it and breakfast was nice lots to choose from and location was great only ten mins walk to town enjoyed

Clacton is nice for a weekend to visit but long enough unless you have children and lots to do but was nice
