We booked having not visited before, however our stay was fantastic. Good size room, amazingly clean & we had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was 5 stars & would definitely be returning.

The owners were very friendly and attentive. Room was spotless and the location was great. No noise from traffic or people. Just a short walk to restaurants and bars.

We had an exceptional stay at Viva Guest House. The property was immaculate throughout, with every area maintained to a very high standard. The facilities were excellent and made the stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was superb — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Most of all, the hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help and offer great local recommendations.

Modern and chic but in keeping with the classic seaside theme. Owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quiet at night and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend.
