"Das perfekte B&B"

Einfach alles, tolle eingerichtete Zimmer, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles Pico Bello sauber, im kompletten Haus. Kirk ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er ist sehr informativ und bereitet ein top Frühstück. Das VIVA liegt Fußläufig zum Stand und Pier.

"A Peaceful, Clean Location"

The cleanliness was very good. Although Clacton is quite busy, the accommodation is located a short walk away from town and is very peaceful, I'd say quieter than home!

"Exceptional"

The host's was so welcoming and friendly . The room was beautiful that we had and the cleanliness was immaculate. The food was beautifully cooked and all freshly served on the morning. We will certainly be back and the location was good not far from the beach.

"Perfect place to stay, we will return."

Viva Guest House is a perfect place to stay, it’s immaculate and very tasteful in decor throughout. Everything has been thought of to make your stay very comfortable. We only stayed one night, and had a lovely cooked breakfast. Kirk is a great host.

"Great stay"

The owner was attentive, kind and hard working. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was so clean! The whole house had great scent and decorations were beautiful.
