We received a very friendly welcome from Kirk on arrival. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Being able to sit in the garden with a cocktail was a bonus. Everything had been thought about.

Nice location. Really really friendly staff. They were super helpful and accommodating. They remember your names and it feels like a very personalised service! Lovely cooked breakfast. Nice room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom!

Slightly restricted check in hours but the staff were more than willing to be flexible.

We often stay here, while visiting Family and Friends. Always a wonderful stay. Room beautiful, very clean. You are made welcome throughout your stay. Breakfast is great. Best quality tea, coffee and biscuits in your room. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

"Exceptional"

The owner was lovely. Whole place was very clean very aesthetically pleasing. It was Peaceful, parking right outside. A few minutes to the seafront and a 10 min walk to the pier. The coffee was good too.

The only thing i didn't like was as soon as the sun came up it was too light. Curtains as well as the blinds for a black out effect would be great.
