For a luxury and premium leveled accomodation, It is easy to impress guests with beautiful facilities and fine food, but it is far harder to maintain that value through people alone. I truly felt that Josun Palace is driven by exceptional individuals who work hard to personally remember and care for their guests. Our family was made to feel uniquely welcome by two standout employees. Danny You, at the 25th-floor reception, is a remarkable professional who makes you feel instantly at home. He remembered us from our previous visit six months ago and ensured our stay was incredibly comfortable. Again, SungKi Lee at Constans restaurant recognized us and provided a wonderful, warm greeting. I found myself wondering how they could remember us so clearly; they must either be exceptionally sharp or simply have a very sincere heart for taking care of people. Josun Palace will be our family’s go-to destination every time we return to Seoul.
