Visited several times and as usual everything was spot on great room ,great evening meal and wonder full breakfast .The staff are very attentive but at the same time easy going .

Good service from professional staff. The restaurant (including menu) was better than I expected and I enjoyed my dinner. The location was convenient for the M25 and we were able to park in the hotel's car park. I had a good night's sleep and don't recall there being any road noise disturbance.

Our bedroom was missing clothes hangers (the only two hangers were being used for the bathrobes, so I had to un-hang those to hang up my clothes, even though I wasn't going to use the bathrobe). The bathroom: frosted glass wall to bedroom (not for everyone/all couples); plug in basin not working.

Nice comfy rooms with excellent food. Ideal location for walking the river and visiting the Magna Carta. There was also a great DJ on the Friday night that we enjoyed with a good friendly local crowd

Very professional and welcoming staff. The room was very stylish and comfortable with every kind of facility.

The pub is on the corner of a busy road so it was very noisy from the passing traffic.

Very attractive place with a modern design. Very friendly staff. Great location for what I needed and a decent car park. Good food, especially the souffle!

The bedroom design was a disaster. It was an attractive loft space but no real soft seating and in order to close the blind/curtain in the bedroom area you had to roll across the bed; otherwise you would have banged your head on the ceiling. The wet room was very poorly designed with the controls for the shower 2 steps away from the shower and the shower gel on the bathroom sink a metre away. Thank goodness I found the shower mat as it would have been quite slippery to get around. Its a shame because it was a beautiful room and comfy space.
