Modern and very clean

Location, staff, new building

Pool was in maintenance. So we couldn’t use the swimming pool and enjoy the perks of a 5 star. Cloth hangers were missing when we checked in in one of our rooms;however, they’ve been informed and staff brought u ones immediately.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. The room was superb and other facilities very good. Breakfast was great

Everything was to my liking

The rooms were very clean and kept in the highest quality. I enjoyed the view and balcony most. Moreover, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Şenol during my stay. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and his multi language skills made a huge difference for us. We felt very comfortable being able to communicate easily and comfortably. Mr. Şenol went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, always with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. His knowledge of the hotel and local area was impressive, providing great recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such outstanding hospitality, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

The rooms were not completely sound proof

Very new, clean, and luxurious.

No one fo great you at the door. No one helped with the luggage. No one showed us to the room. Breakfast was only one item menu.

The hotel was simply amazing, the views were spectacular. Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return.
