During my recent stay at ricosta luxurious hotel overlooking the breathtaking black sea, I was truly impressed by the exceptional experience. Each morning, I indulged in a delightful Continental buffet featuring a wide array of delicious options. The hotels facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the stunning beach, where I spent hours soaking up the Sun and enjoying the Serene waves.

During my stay at Ricosta Hotel, I found that my experience was more influenced by the quality of service rather than the hotel's impressive architecture. One of the essential amenities offered by a five-star establishment is an ironing machine. We requested one, and while it was delivered promptly, it was removed the following day without our consent. When we inquired about its absence, we were informed that all ironing machines were supposedly in the guest rooms. After persistent requests, they eventually returned the machine to us. Additionally, the reception staff lacked organization, which led to further complications. We had arranged for a taxi at six o'clock to coincide with our departure, but due to a shift change, the new receptionist, Mr. Shenol, was not informed of our request. His handling of customer interactions fell short of the hotel’s standards, as his approach lacked clarity and transparency, particularly when it came to arranging transportation. Furthermore, for a five-star hotel catering to an international clientele, it is crucial to have staff members who are fluent in English, as it is the global lingua franca. Overall, while the hotel may boast luxurious features, the service quality leaves much to be desired.
