The Look out hotel has an amazing view. It is a quit place to enjoy Nature and relax. The personal is really friendly and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Great customer service, everybody was super nice. Clean rooms, the pool was great and in general it has a great service, good food too. I traveled with my family and found everything quite nice, I would reserve again in this hotel.

The management and staff was extremely caring, friendly, and helpful. They arranged day trips for us, had excellent meals, had a bar where we met with friends, had a very nice pool, and provided a peaceful ambiance where we felt relaxed and safe. We plan to return next year.

This hotel is situated off the main highway and has some spectacular views. The facility is very clean and the lawn is very soft They have some banana trees on the property and lots of birds as well

We were granted a free upgrade to air conditioning which was nice with our sunburns from the day on Drake Bay. Manager John was a gentleman and his staff took phenomenal care of us!

Great grounds, eating area and pool. Room older and smaller than we expected for the price. Very friendly and helpful service.

Had a room with only a ceiling fan. 80 degrees & couldn't sleep. Didn't realize that there was no AC.

The hotel staff was great. Food was fabulous. Marvaleous views. The only negative is water pressure was extremely low while showering and hot (warm) showing water was sporadic. Everything else was 4-5 stars!!!
