"Zimmer zu warm (Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt) - alles andere okay"

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren ausreichend groß und sauber für 1 Übernachtung für 1 Person. Das WLAN war schnell, sicher und stabil. Das Hotelpersonal beim Check-In war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer-Reservierung als auch die Stellplatz-Reservierung für den PKW waren einfach und unkompliziert. Frühstück wurde nicht gebucht und kann daher nicht bewertet werden.

Aufgrund der hohen Aussentemperaturen zu dieser Zeit (>30 Grad Celsius während des Tages) habe ich bewusst ein Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage gesucht/gebucht, da ich Nachts gut schlafen wollte (in einem kühlen und wohltemperierten Zimmer). Leider hat die Klimanlage (Zimmer 301) nicht gekühlt und es kam nur warme Luft :-( was für einen guten Schlaf nicht förderlich war, eher gegenteilig :-( Da ich nur 1 Übernachtung gebucht hatte und spät Nachmittag anreiste bzw. das Zimmer bezogen habe, beschloss ich das beste daraus zu machen und am darauffolgenden Morgen das Hotel über den Defekt zu kontaktieren. Anmerkung: Bei früheren Aufenthalten hatte die Zimmer-Klimaanlage stets funktioniert - daher bin ich optimistisch dass dieser Defekt behoben werden wird.

Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und man ist in 5-8 Minuten am Bahnhof bzw. in der Innenstadt. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
