We were greeting warmly and respectfully at the beginning of our stay. The room was more spacious than expected, and they provided a complimentary white noise machine and earplugs due to being so close to the highway.

We called the front desk asking for two extra pillows (there were only 3 on each bed). There was no answer the first time. The second time, the front desk lady told us to call back in 10 minutes while she looked for more. We called back 15 minutes later and was immediately put on hold. Nobody answered the third time, so we gave up. The person managing the front desk in the early morning checkout didn't acknowledge us when we asked about checkout procedures, so we just left the key on the counter.

Symira (front desk clerk) I'm not sure how to spell her name but it was her bday! She was polite to ALL customers and also helped with your luggage. My room was so uncomfortable but I got in there and clean the way I liked it , and I didn't feel like moving she was wiling to move me in another room and help me bring my stuff. But I told her it's ok it's just for one nite! SUPER SWEET! The room need a little work to it. The shower water barely came out, the bathroom sink fills up to the top while brushing your teeth or washing your hands, it drains really slow, I was near the parking lot, the people were hanging out there with the music very loud, the bed on the left side were the TV is displayed on the wall, the mattress is HORRIBLE it's mashed in and worn out. I had to sleep on the opposite side to watch TV from a far. The breakfast was great! I love the kitchen area. But a microwave in the room would be more convenient.

Front Desk worker when I checked in was very uncommunicative and seems very bothered that my reservation was not in the system and she was bothered to book a room for me.. Front desk needs to realized that her position is all about customer service and making the best stay experience . The breakfast was out standing and very helpful.. 10/10 over all.. Room was super clean 10/10 over all Room needs some touch up painting over the ceiling in the shower stall.. Shower door does not close completely. Small stain on wall near the shower that need paint.. Shower drainage strain was loose.. 8/10 over all

There’s nothing wrong about the property. Everything was great.., but

The staff need to educate other guests in the hotel that after 11 PM families need to keep their kids quiet without running on the hallway screaming like if they’re in a zoo! This happened all the way to 2 AM. Keep coming out of the rooms and screaming in the hallway even though they call the staff many times finally after 2 AM it got quiet. They need to realize that I’m going their own business and have meetings at early a.m. at 7 o’clock and sleeping is essential.

Hotel is close to just about anything in the downtown Dallas area and right next to Medieval Times

I liked the property but I had no idea how loud the traffic would be being right next to the Interstate
