The lobby was open 24 hrs with complimentary coffee and bot chocolate. The guest were able to mingle in the lobby, the bar in the hotel was very convenient with appetizers. Staff was so nice including house keeping. Breakfast was amazing!!

We didnt get extra towels the next day, I know we could of gone and asked for them.

Loved the staff. The room was great. The hotel is super cute breakfast was decent. Rooftop bar was awesome!

Really enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center. The staff made the whole experience even better, everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. You can tell they actually care about guests having a good stay. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight too. Great atmosphere, nice views, and just a cool place to relax at the end of the day. Between the location, clean rooms, and the overall vibe, I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dallas.

The rooms were booked through booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservations. After and hour, we were informed that there were no rooms available for our stay, so the reservation was cancelled. I was then charged for 1 night for both rooms reserved, even though the rooms were cancelled before they were ever assigned. I want my money back.
