"Nice staff but did not attend to an issue."

Ok.

I notified the front desk that the toilet was clogged at 1pm Sunday and the front desk attendant assured me that a maintenance person would be sent to my room. When I returned at 530pm, the toilet had not been attended to and was still clogged. I asked the front desk attendant (a different person) and she offered me a plunger to use on the toilet. I handle this on my own at 11pm. This is not acceptable when a toilet is clogged.
