Los colores que tenía por dentro y la ubicación

La piscina un poco sucia y oscura, no le da la luz Las instalaciones son antigüas, de hecho, nos dejaron una plancha para la ropa pero se incenció el enchufe y explotó la plancha y ya no pudimos usarlo. Nos quedamos con un enchufe para 4 personas. El personal estuvo atento en todo momento

"Me robaron un computador de los lockers del hostal y los dueños del hostal no me respondieron"

El trato de las personas, recepción, administradora y la ubicación es genial.

Me robaron un computador de los lockers del hostal. Seguí la sugerencia del hostel de poner los objetos de valor en los lockers, con candado evidentemente, ya que el día miércoles 8 de abril salí a un tour y dejé mi computador en los lockers. Cuando volví no estaba, ni el computador ni el candado. Avisé a recepción y me contactaron con la administradora, y pesar de que Marcela, la administradora, me escucho sobre los hechos, recopiló pruebas y las compartió con la junta directiva. Ellos se negaron a responder por el robo que sucedió en las instalaciones. Estuve todo un día a la espera de una respuesta y lo que resolvió la organización fue decir que como no había cámaras en la habitación y como no podían comprobar que el computador estaba ahí, no responderían.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y el personal muy amable

Tuve una mala experiencia con uno de las personas del cuarto, la persona que estaba en recepción me ayudó a estar pendiente de mí
