La ubicación, la temperatura del aire acondicionado, la disposición del personal a ayudar.

La experiencia podría mejorar en algunos aspectos relacionados con el baño compartido. Durante mi estadía, la ducha presentó problemas de drenaje, lo que ocasionaba que el agua se acumulara y dificultara su uso, especialmente considerando que es un espacio utilizado por varios huéspedes. Sería importante realizar un mantenimiento más constante para garantizar mejores condiciones de salubridad. Asimismo, en un par de ocasiones noté que el personal ingresaba a la habitación para usar el baño, lo cual puede resultar incómodo en un espacio que ya es compartido entre huéspedes. También, al momento de mi llegada, el baño no se encontraba en condiciones óptimas, lo que sugiere que podría reforzarse la supervisión de limpieza. Finalmente, percibí situaciones que me hicieron cuestionar los protocolos de higiene en las camas, por lo que sería positivo brindar mayor claridad y cuidado en este aspecto para ofrecer una experiencia más tranquila y confiable a los visitantes.
