Excellent location - right in the heart of so much! Bathroom was newly redone and very comfortable. Building was very accessible and safe.

Great location & clean.

Well prepared toiletries, washing machine with dryer, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Very responsive host.

Closing of the door entering the building makes a loud noise.

Very nice apartment over two floors. Very central so bars and restaurants are on door step along with a supermarket. Very good communication with Carlos as well. Would definitely return. Not suitable for people who don’t like stairs as bedroom Is first floor.

Pros: Location is the main reason I gave it 4 stars. It is a 5 min walk to the subway. 5 min walk to Rossio train station. 2 min walk to the elevator to Alfama, 5 min walk to elevator to Bairo alta. 5 min walk to stop of tram 28. (We were not able to board always too full) Close to a lot of attractions. You will never starve, area is full of restaurants ( tourist traps though). Unit is also above a mini grocery store. Apartment is spacious, great amenities, has a full kitchen, we don’t cook on vacation but needed a microwave. Has a washer and dryer combo. Took 3-5 hours to complete a load. Spacious bedroom and bathroom on 2nd floor. Lots of hangers available. Cons: Dirty couch. Needs replacement or at least buy a cover. No shelf or caddy for shampoo/soap in shower you have to put them on the floor. Extra towels and sheets on linen closet had bad odor. You will need to unplug lamp on nightstand to be able to use socket to charge your phone. Biggest con: noisy, you hear the main door and doors of other units bang loudly. Also street noise, including when trams pass by.

Location (in the heart of the city, close to subway, tram 28, Augusta, etc) apartment layout, drinkable tap water, nice staircase, helpful host, good wifi, nice toilletteries.

Renovation in the house next door was noisy. Hopefully it is soon over and other guests will not hear it.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a passos das atrações do centro, com um mercado na porta ao lado e com ótimas padarias, restaurantes, brunch etc a poucos metros de distância. O apartamento está localizado em um prédio com outros imóveis também para turistas, até com cacifos porta bagagens (pago) que ajudam na gestão das malas (se chegar cedo ou sair tarde). O apartamento tem todas as comodidades que pode precisar, como fogão de indução, forno, lava louças, lava roupas, geladeira e congelador, um conjunto muito bom de louças taças copos e utensílios. Diferencial de oferecer kits de panos de limpeza, papel toalha, sabão para as máquinas, detergente, pano de prato, além de um kit de ammenities com papel higiênico extra inclusive. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. O fato de ter dois andares foi uma diversão para as crianças e para o quarto de cima deu privacidade e menos barulho. O banheiro é amplo e bem limpo. Possuo ar condicionado em cima e em baixo. O proprietário é super simpático, responde rápido e dá dicas valiosas da cidade.
