Courteous staff and good food.

- The Room's bathroom lock was broken, didn't get completely fixed even after the staff tried to fix it - There is traffic right outside the hotel, auto riksha drivers doesn't move if you want to take the car out from the hotel, it's a challenge - Had to follow up several times with the staff to get warm water in the bathroom (happened once in our 4 days stay)

The behaviour of the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.

The hotel cancelled our booking on whimsical grounds because they sold the room at a higher price and left us stranded late in the evening. I strongly take objection to such unprofessional behaviour. I had called the property and confirmed the booking at 11.30 before leaving from Delhi and when I reached the property they said the booking had been cancelled by booking.com and when I showed them that on the portal it is showing as cancelled by property they refused to accept and even did not share the number of booking.com so that we could have cleared the matter. I will never stay in a Radisson hotel as they are not trustworthy. Contemplating taking legal action against the property
