"Modern with great location"

We stayed for 2 nights here. The staff were genuinely friendly & caring, esp the reception staff. The rooms are spacious , clean and modern , with a very comfortable bed. Good choice of food at breakfast. Good location nearby new mall , where we went to see a movie !

Propert itself was good.

There was a bill of about Rs 316 for tea/snacks etc. They let my guests checkout wothiut settling the bill. Then they realised that the bill wasn’t paid. So they rang me in the middle of a anniversary function and literally threatened me that if the bill wasn’t settled by that evening itself, they wouldn’t consider the checkout complete and I would be charged thousands for an additional day worth of stay. I explained them that I was in the middle of f a function and asked them to wait till the next day. They simply threatened for additional charges. Very bad experience due to this. Something needs improvement : - could be the staff training - or process - or both
