They announced my room number out loud when I was Checking in, they don’t offer Breakfast that they said they did, bar is closed unlike they offer, room is dingy but after you clean it yourself it’s fine, pool is ok except canopy is older, but the way they tried to design the property is cute. Told front desk about issues and pretty much got told sorry it will be better next time. Day shift is pretty nice for the most part.

Beds were comfortable, no fridge or microwave in room. The dresser had a big stain on it. No toilet paper holder in bathroom and our room was overlooking a street with a dirty dumpster in view. No pool towels were offered and when I asked I was given bath towels. Cigarette butts on stairs. No restaurant or bar,

"Good room but the facilities need help."

The room looked newly renovated and was quite large and clean. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable! Clean pool area, nice for an afternoon with my family.

The room didn't come with a hair dryer and it took the front desk a while to bring it. I paid extra for breakfast each morning and all that was served were bagels (that were gone by 9am) or packaged muffins. Also, my room was facing the back parking lot and I didn't feel safe going to my room at night.

Way too much moisture in the rooms. I was changed to another room after my room door is not locking properly. The bed sheets and pillows were moist and had a nasty odor.

"Awesome Hotel! Amazing Staff!"

I visited Houston on a friends trip and this hotel was awesome! We really like the pop art style, the room size, and the outdoor cabana area. It was a perfect little hotel that was able to comfortable sleep 4 people in a 2 bedroom. Will return.
