Resident in Ayla but my options are limited when it comes to facilities and beaches I can use with no extra charge . Considering that I pay a lot ! Service in restaurants inside Ayla was not that good

The location

I’ve stayed here before and always had good experiences, but this visit fell short. The room wasn’t properly maintained,doors wouldn’t close properly, the sinks drained slowly, and the water took around 15 minutes to heat up. The cleaning also left something to be desired. When I raised my concerns with the front desk manager, he was dismissive and questioned what I said without even bothering to check. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for 3 nights but had to cut my stay short by one night due to a personal matter. The hotel refused to offer any credit for the unused night which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the property clearly has potential based on my previous visits.
