Dirty rooms and communal space. Lack of food options

Modern, clean, good services. I had room service one evening and it arrived quickly. The laundry service was also very efficient (same day).

There was a wedding happening during my stay and they locked both the lifts for use by the wedding party only! They did finally let me use one but it seemed odd they wanted me to walk up 6 flights when some from the wedding were happily using the lifts (to the same floor!).

Good place to stay when you're diving with Rumah Selam and don't want to spend the premium prices charged by the resorts in Lembeh. Very comfy beds, location is central and Indonesian breakfast buffet is provided. There is a pool, we haven't used it though as we have been out diving most of the time.

When we checked it, the room could have been cleaner (a lot of hair on the floor) but when we said something housekeeping made sure to remove them. I'm vegan, and there weren't many options at breakfast, even though I asked before arrival if something could be arranged, which was confirmed, there were not many options except for some fruit and dry toast.

Big, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great hotel to use as base for diving Lembeh Strait.

Location, easy to reach. Friendly staffs.

- We booked a family room (3 adults) incl. Breakfast only being told at the restaurant that the breakfast was free only for 2 people. So we had to pay extra for the other one. -There is no free waters in the bedroom, we had to filled from the shared water dispenser in the hallway. - It took really long for the checkout
