Paid parking at a hotel is always a drag but having to pay a third party via a website that requires entering a whole lot of info the hotel already has is awful

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. All three of our Desk personnel, Kevin, Reuben and Ishmael were delightful. They went out of their way to help us.

The room was clean and new...the staff was exceptional

The food was awful. They actually charge $12/day for you to park your vehicle in their hotel parking lot. I never heard of such a thing. The price was no where close to what my booking price was. Still waiting for the deposit and additional charges to sort out.

"Annoying with hoards of crazy kids"

We were surprised to find out that traveling basketball kids were staying at the same time we were. They were unruly, loud, and unsupervised. It made the nights pretty painful. Rooms were fine and they were able to accommodate connecting rooms as requested
