Element by Marriott Valley Forge King of Prussia

Was in town for 1 night and stayed at the Element in Valley Forge. Upon entering I was greeted by Ish and he got me checked in, advised me on everything in regards to the stay and made sure I was well accommodated for the stay. My room was spacious and well kept. Prior to my evening event I needed some assistance and Ish provided me great service making sure I was well prepared for the evening. Nice overall stay and I would recommend this hotel and staff

I loved staying at the Element in KOP. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Wynter was especially attentive to all my needs and made me feel right at home. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other colleagues and friends.

Its proximity to the casino

In the afternoon of my 2nd day of my 2 night stay I came back to the room after a long event to a room with a broken heater that never shut off and I had to change rooms. I didn’t like noticing after I got home a few days later some additional charge to my credit card around $25-$30. I still have no idea what that was for. The location to the casino, cleanliness, and exceptional staff are the reason I would stay here again.
