"Too noisy for confort"

Nice hotel wrong location.. on busy road, lots of traffic noise. Ac would not go below 25⁰ mentioned to front desk first night . No one did anything.

"Compare to many other hotel, this is not value for money"

Get an empty bottle and was told to top water by myself. I thought at least should be filled up the first time l stepped into the room and after cleaning up

Location

The aircon (912) need to be overhauled. I go that same room a gew times and the aircon is not cold and always drips after sometime

"Got what I paid for, but cleanliness was an issue."

Pleasant staff, good service. The location is good. The room is reasonably comfortable.

There was a stench in the whole hotel that the staff couldn't explain. The place is quite noisy.

"It's good for transit or business travelers."

Location is good for transit. It took about 30m drive only to go to the airport, no jams.

My room is for non-smokers. Not sure if the whole floor is but once the lift door opened, there was strong smell of nicotine. Prayer from the nearby temple was super loud at 5am. I messaged hotel in the morning to see if they can arrange airport pick up. They replied at night after checking in.
