Overall service and room size. Comfortable bed. Small writing desk but sufficient to get some work done.

Room rate.

Breakfast. Replenishment is too slow. It tastes too sweet, too salty. Located too close to 2 mosques hence the prayer at 3 Am really wakes us up. I have very insufficient sleep.

Perfect location for shopping, there are many shopping centres near by the hotel. Breakfast was ok, needs some improvement with coffee and tea, perhaps by replacing a new coffee machine. Staff's were very polite and helpful.

No air-conditioning around restaurant and lobby area and it was very warm. Lobby area needs to be improved perhaps by adding some more comfortable sofas for guests.
