This is a total scam. To start with, this is not a hotel as advertised. This is a multiple occupancy house. The condition of the propert is deplorable. The smell of the room is unbearable, as if an animal has died and rotted in it. Upon arrival, I found the sink cracked and leaking on the bathroom floor flooding it. The so called emergency number was only operated till 5 pm only. I sent a message on their WhatsApp group as advised but the answer came the following day. I was so much disguated even to sit on the bed or touch any surface in the room, so I just took my stuff and left. I contacted Hotels to ask them to cancel my booking as this was not what was advertised for on their website, however the propty refused to refund me , even thoug that they clearly knew that I didn’t stay for an hour even as this room is not suitable to accommodate animals let alone guests. It's a shame that Hotels advertise for such scammers

Room 4 bed very uncomfortable, needs a topper.No hanging space. No chair. Floors need cleaning. Electric jug but no cups or glasses. Had to unplug the TV to use the power point CPAP machine. Bathroom needs updating. No towel rails, no toilet roll holder, no shelf or cupboard, external base of shower needs cleaning. Room 5 electric jug didn't work, one cup, TV remote not working had no back and rusty batteries., No sink in bathroom.

It wasn’t a bad stay, I would say. Clean,safe, no issues.

When I arrived at the property the window of the room was open and could not be closed, the heat in the house did not work and it was quite cold, it smelled quite bad and I was surprised that the ad did not correspond to what I found there, the room was completely different from the announcement and the bathroom was not in the room.
