Visited the pool around 8:30 the evening we checked in and it was absolutely out of control in there, way too many young ones without supervision, running and diving! The hot tub exceeded capacity and there were no towels. We went back the following morning and there were wet towels on the floor, hair ties, fake eyelashes the pool water was cloudy and the hot tub water was cold and the foam floating on top of the water was disgustingly dirty. Not appealing at all and very unsanitary

Its a beautiful hotel check in was easy and fast. Pool was actually warm! Hot tibnot do much, but I think it was being worked on. Would stay here again. Breakfast was descent too!

We had a great room and it was handicap accessible. It was quiet for sleeping. We enjoyed having a kitchen and the bathroom was great for a wheelchair. We enjoyed are shopping trip and the pool was fun.

absolutely loved this hotel. the amenities it offers in each room is so nice. comes with a whole small kitchen and a sofa that turns into a bed. the pool water was amazing not cold at all. jacuzzi was very pleasantly. breakfast in the morning was extraordinary and we had overall a great time. staff is super friendly and helpful. definitely returning.
