"Unprofessional!!!!"

Upon arrival (3:00 p.m. check in time) I was made aware the hotel had been booked solid for the past two days and my two queen bed room was not yet ready, there were also three other families waiting for their rooms. We were able to check an hour and a half later, waiting the whole time in the lobby unable to enjoy the pool because we were not officially checked. I was not offered any type of stay credit and all the while we were waiting for our room I’m assuming he is the manager ( he wasn’t wearing a name tag) was laughing and conversing with staff not helping out with his cleaning staff since they were obviously under staffed.

"Disappointing"

The girl working at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Water pressure in the shower was great.

The room smelled a lot like wet dog when I entered. I ended up spraying Lysol all over the place and cleaning with some Clorox wipes. Once I did that it was a little better. Room I got was run down. Also, there was no signage to indicate the name of the property. I drove around a couple of times not seeing the name.

Disappointed with our bathroom being dirty specifically in the shower . Requested a partial refund by the time it was noticed it was later. Hotel refused along with Expedia. Hotel itself is nice. Upsetting the room was just not cleaned properly. A disgusting amount of hair on the walls in the shower.
