JOIVY Haymarket

Hier mal mein nichtgefallen : Man sollte eigentlich erwarten können , dass es heisses Wasser hat zum duschen. In den 5 Übernachtungen die wir dort waren konnten wir 1x warm duschen. Vor Ort war man bemüht sich um das Problem zu kümmern, meine Reklamationen per Mail kamen an und man antwortete mir. Als sie dann eines Abends jemanden vorbei schickten um wohl zu kontrollieren das man wirklich kein heisses Wasser hat, kam die Email das sie das Problem am Boiler beheben konnten, jedoch kam immer noch kein heisses Wasser. Wir waren im Zi 25. Ich beanstandete dies erneut und verlangte eine Preisreduktion. Zu guter Letzt, seit dem auschecken fand man es nicht mehr für nötig sich zu melden. So eine Art und Weise wie man mit Touristen umgeht finde ich zum kotzen.

No one from hotel is on the premises so can feel a bit weird.

No reception ... Had to make call if anything required.

Geen warm water in de ochtend, meermaals een alarm dat afging.

Schöne Aufenthaltsräume, Nähe zu Airlink und Stadtbussen

Automatisierter Eincheckprozess, Gepäckseinlagerung bei An- und Abreise nur extern möglich.

El espacio compartido en la entrada del edificio, con la cafetera a disposición de los clientes, y que hubiera menaje y frigorífico es un plus

Estuvimos 4 personas 3 noches, y sólo dos de ellas pudieron ducharse con agua caliente un día. Escribí a diario a la propiedad, decían que estaban avisados de la avería y que lo estaban solucionando, pero la realidad es que no pude darme una ducha en condiciones ni un solo día. Llegué a la conclusión de que tienen un termo y cuando se acaba el agua caliente, mala suerte... y eso podía pasar a las 8 de la mañana, o a las 9 ó 10 de la noche. Indignante

Location

Like a student accommodation. Terrible smell of some scent which was overpowering. Sink plug didn’t move so water drained very slowly. Mirror above the sink too high so had to stand on tiptoe to shave. Bed awful. Uncomfortable and clearly old. Pillows like two old sponges.

Location great from getting off train within 5 minutes we were in apartment. Short walk for trains bus or tram into centre Plenty of cafes bars pubs to eat and drink.

Didn’t understand door code system initially but contacted joivy and given full instructions how to get into room

Very close to the haymarcket train/tram/bus station.

The is no one working there. The check in is on line and there is a number to call for help, but it can take hours to have a reply. If you don't have a problem, it's fine, but if you have a problem, having no one one site can be a major issue. Also, they don't store luggage before check in or after chech out.
