National Exchange Hotel

After working in many hotels, I found the remodel impressive! The upstairs is so quiet, might be nice to have some nice jazz or something flowing up there. The reservation system, for booking at the restaurant, didn't actually work. The QR code on the information page does not work and if you had an ATM for your guests, it would be an excellent amenity. Also, if there was an option on the reservation to tip the bell services or housekeeping online it would make it easier to tip the staff. I had to drive to the gas station after packing my car and drove back to leave the tip, but was ready to go. The bathroom are freezing so it worked for a fridge, but a mini fridge in there would be nice. The windows need some glazing in the bathroom I could see the parking lot from the small holes, I hope nobody could see me taking a shower...

Great hotel in a beautiful part of the town, within walking distnace to any shop! Parking was a little hard to find but that was probably due to the wedding held at the hotel.

So beautiful! The rooms are lovely and comfy, the staff is great, and I love the restaurant.

It’s a little pricey compared to other options but it was worth it for me.

One of our best lodging experience. The front desk attendant is very friendly and helpful. The king room is so beautiful and detail orientated.

There is absolutely no parking. Its marked hotel patrons only. But the rub is its not monitored and its free for all. Rest is coin metered. I had to park 7 blocks away. After midnight, i walked to move car closer. Parking was very difficult. And it was on a Tuesday! Unacceptable! And make sure you have a pocket full of quarters.

Great hotel! Loved the location and also enjoyed all the outside sitting areas. We sat on the front balcony and enjoyed a glass of wine and people watched! The staff were great and the room was wonderful and updated.

It's not every day that a hotel exceeds your expectations but this place did. The bar, the restaurant,the, atmosphere,the room. Everything was awesome (staff too).

Practically perfect! Parking is a pain in the ass, but I don't know what can be done about it--maybe shuttle service to an offsite garage or parking lot? Also, it's unfortunate that people in wheelchairs or with walkers or other mobility issues can't experience the hotel, because it is quite wonderful. Finally, a clock and a soap dish would be nice additions to the room and bathroom, respectively. P.S. Love the Neko Case!

Beautiful Hotel with nice staff- delish food and great bartenders. My dog was welcome and she loved it too!!
