Staff is always friendly and they are very open about the cost of taking things from the room. Will continue to stay here for multiple occasions.

Did not have the opportunity. Everything was excellent. The walk from the front desk to the room is the longest I've ever made in any hotel. Once I got tonthe room, it was worth it. I was sad to not have any ice machine avaliable. I could have it brought to me by staff. Dont really want to tip for ice in my pjs at midnight. Beautiful hotel. I would stay here always.

This hotel was incredible! First time staying here, lifelong Indianapolis native. Check in was easy, the room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel as a whole was so impressive! I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed at Bottleworks before and was excited to return, but this visit was a disappointment. While the property itself is stylish, several issues made the stay frustrating and not worth the premium price. First, a wedding reception was held onsite with a live band playing from about 8–11PM. The music was so loud in the courtyard that it carried straight into our room—we couldn’t relax or sleep, essentially paying to be stuck in a room we couldn’t enjoy. Second, I booked a King room with a proper shower so my partner could unwind, but we were placed in an ADA King instead. The shower was extremely small, had no curtain, and the shower head was so low I towered over it. This was not what we reserved and felt like a downgrade. Third, the next day I was charged $95 for minibar items we never touched. As a vegan who doesn’t drink, it was impossible for us to have consumed those. Staff admitted it was a clerical error and reversed it, but that kind of mistake shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this caliber. Overall, Bottleworks feels like it prioritizes weddings and events over hotel guests. If there’s an event, overnight visitors become second-tier, dealing with noise and service issues. I wanted to treat my partner to a special, restorative stay and instead left feeling let down and taken advantage of. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.
