Clean large room with friendly staff

The cleanest hotel I’ve been in. The staff was wonderful and the property was unique!

This Hotel used to be the coca-Cola manufacturing building. It has been turned into a magnificent work of art. You just have to visit to understand the word art. There are several restaurants and cafés within walking distance. It is a busy location on the weekends but once you’re inside the hotel, it is peace and quiet. The rooms are very spacious and uniquely designed. There is an in-house Café with very good Matcha for you Matcha lovers. I totally recommend this place.

I was given an ADA room - called the front desk to see if we could move and was told, no. He said i booked thru expedia. What did that have to do with it. I also asked for a room near the elevator - I couldnt have been any further. I have a bad knee and a senior dog. I made these requests many weeks before my arrival. I had to ask for a water bowl for my dog. The shower was very tiny with no door and a clunky wooden fold up chair. Water all over the floor. They also put a charge of $50.00 to your card for incidentals. I never use the mini bar or eat the very overpriced snacks. Just felt like the staff could care less. I have stayed there at least a half dozen times - I think that will be my last.

Awesome running trail nearby

We were traveling from NY to MO, and booked 2 double beds. When we got there, we were worn out and the front desk staff were kind. In the room, it appeared spacious and neat, but the bedroom closest to the door smelled soured, it was terrible. The other bed smelled fine. I called and asked if we could have room changed. They said no, they would change our bedding. The hotel was in a nice location, however, I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past year and this was probably the worst experience I have had.
