Fantastic room, very spacious with a tatami area, a large bathroom and two comfy beds. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the staff was very helpful during our stay. There Is no room cleaning everyday, but the staff collected our trash and gave us fresh towels when needed. We had a very pleaseant stay, the position is close to bus stops, and minutes away from two metro stations.

Clean and very comfortable

The rooms were awesome - clean, minimalistic, well maintained and just adorable with a ryokan and local look and feel. Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was also perfect, close walk to Gion machi and yasaka shrine ( that place on full moon night was magical) and yet secluded enough to not feel super touristy. The room we booked had a fridge and coffee station but no microwave.

The hotel doesn't have any other facilities or areas to explore - not much garden or outdoor space, no restaurants, gym or spas, no business areas.

Really clean and spacious rooms - price point is great.

10 min walk in the neighborhood from the subway station, so be aware if you have multiple large suitcases

This was the second time I stayed here. It was just as memorable as the first if not better. The rooms were wonderful and the hotel is very convenient placed near many attractions but not in a crowded street so it's fairly quiet! The stuff is really polite! The tatami room is really really really nice and the lighting and decor is excellent!!

great location! absolutely beautiful rooms, and the staff was extremely helpful. We are so happy to have stayed here.
