"Lovely Lisbon"

Location was lovely and quiet, with a small supermarket around the corner. Easy to get to all the main attractions.

Airconditioning was not working - we were lucky to have ground floor with doors we could open. The bathroom roof made a terrible rattling sound every time we closed the door.

No coffee. Broken kettle. Terrible harsh white lighting. Very rude staff . Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noisy AC . Staff was so rude. Terrible attitude and customer service
