"It sucked."

Location

No coffee. Broken kettle. Terrible harsh white lighting. Very rude staff . Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noisy AC . Staff was so rude. Terrible attitude and customer service

Das Zimmer sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, das Bett war gemütlich

Auf dem Tisch stand eine Wasserflasche, was ich als sehr nett empfand, da man auf dem Wasserhahn nicht trinken kann. Ich hob die Flasche hoch da viel schon der Deckel ab und beim genaueren hinsehen war die Flasche schon mal benutzt. Zudem ging Abends draußen immer irgendwas an was laut war und mich schon störte( nicht beim schlafen, es gab auch extra ohrstöpsel aber so beim chillen hat es gestört. Zudem war das Sofabett schon durch und als ich beim Check out das Sofa abgezogen habe waren da 3 lacken drunter und beim letzten war so ein rießen gelber Fleck drauf. Die Lage ist ok aber in die Stadt laufen kann man nicht man muss schon die Tram oder Uber nehmen

La propreté. La réactivité de l employée a mes demandes

Nous n avons pas apprécié la chambre au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée tres bruyante avec le passage incessant des voitures et tram sur les pavés. Le lavabo adapté pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant, mais as poursuivi les personnes de plus d 1m80.

"Satisfying"

The property is well decorated, clean and comfortable.

The tv functionality was not great. The options were limited and also no access after a while. The windows requires (to be double) updated due to the noise .
