"Great getaway"

Our stay was once again a perfect relaxing gateway! Convenient parking on site, friendly staff, perfect room with a gorgeous view of Beppu. Most importantly private onsen bath located on the balcony with a view of an ocean. Beds are wide and comfortable.

El edificio es muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Llegamos tarde la primera noche y nos subieron la cena a la habitación.

Sin embargo, deja mucho que desear; Las habitaciones y la bañera mucho más pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos La TV está situada en un sitio muy poco cómodo Las luces automáticas son muy molestas (tuvimos que tapar el detector) Los pasillos al aire libre son molestos si hace viento o llueve. La iluminación del tocador es malísima, no puedes maquillarte bien. Hace muchísimo calor, creo que el edificio es bonito por fuera pero está muy mal diseñado para que sea práctico para los huéspedes. No volvería, muy caro por lo poco práctico que ha sido.

We love design of the hotel, large modern room with private onsen and a view, and also stunning breakfast view too

We’re juz afraid we’ll miss the hotel pickup car, so hotel may provide more photos of waiting area and the van to make sure guests can wait at the right place
