I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The property is stunning, the pools and brunch are incredible. What really stood out was the amazing hospitality of the team - they went out of their way to take exceptional care of me and made my time there special.

"Carefull with this Hotel Service"

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this hotel handled my reservation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested a change of dates, but the hotel refused to offer any alternative whatsoever—no rescheduling, no credit, no partial solution. Instead, they chose to keep the full prepaid amount without showing any willingness to assist or find a reasonable compromise. While I understand that policies exist, the complete lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable. This approach feels purely transactional and demonstrates a disregard for guests once payment has been secured. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in this hotel. I would not recommend it to others and will certainly not consider staying here in the future.
