Super friendly and helpful staff making stay very pleasant. Hotel centrally located to the town but bring walking shoes and toned tendons as the city is very hilly. Buffet breakfast more than adequate and spa centre an added bonus with lovely facilities. Rooms clean tidy and comfortable.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, as I prefer to contact the hotel first. In this case, I contacted both the hotel and group after our stay and received no reply or acknowledgment, which was extremely disappointing for a hotel of this level. The hotel has strengths: excellent location, elegant design, and some helpful staff. However, the service does not match the standard expected. There were repeated basic issues during our stay, including missing toiletries (such as toilet paper) and breakfast items like bowls not being available at normal hours, suggesting understaffing. The most serious issue was dinner on our final night. Despite a confirmed 8:00 pm reservation, we were initially told it did not exist. After it was found, we waited around 45 minutes just to be seated and receive menus. We were travelling with an 8-year-old child, and despite repeatedly asking for his meal to be prioritised, it arrived after 10:30 pm. By then, the children were exhausted, and the food quality was also disappointing. What was most concerning was the complete lack of response afterwards. No apology or follow-up was provided, which raises concerns about accountability and whether these issues are addressed.

für uns war es perfekt, aber für Leute mit Gehschwierigkeiten wohl eine Herausforderung, da viele Treppen. Müsste man bei der Buchung angeben.

First and foremost the location is amazing. Short walk to just about everything . Any other hotel honestly is a major walk or Uber ride or metro ride. Room was big the bed was very comfortable. Indoor pool was heated and had a great sauna and steam room. We had great massages from Julianna . One of the best things was the very fast and efficient elevators. Staff were super friendly and helpful ( top notch). We had dinner one night and it was very good. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to over 25 different countries. I 100 % recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Porto. I forgot to mention the shower had amazing pressure with a rain shower head and instant hot water.

My only complaint would be the placement of there power outlets. A few could’ve been more convenient . It was a bummer the outside pool was closed for maintenance but that being said it was in the low 60’s so it wasn’t that disappointing considering how awesome the indoor pool was.

Suprafata reala a camerei 15 metri patrati. Geamurile nespalate de luni de zile. Confortul general al camerei nu poate indeplini conditiile pentru rating de 5 stele. Faptul ca e in zona pietonala nu e anuntat in oferta, sunt probleme cu parcarea la distanta.

Indoor pool as well as access to the steam/sauna was a nice amenity. Also, the daily breakfast was excellent as was the staff overall! Great property all in all.

Mirror in bathroom was tinted, thus hard for my wife to put on makeup, shave, etc.
